Congressional Republicans had a planning retreat this past weekend, and one of the goodies attendees received was a Social Security strategy book —outlining the talking points GOPers want to follow in convincing Americans that there's a Social Security crisis. Their solution, of course, is private accounts—and all the risks and corporate windfalls that come with them. The Campaign For America's Future got a copy of the playbook, and it provides an insider's look on the campaign being crafted.
