Numerous news stories have cropped up recently detailing a phenomenon that's been quietly growing for nearly a year: Some pharmacists are refusing to fill women's prescriptions for birth-control or morning-after pills based on their opposition to contraception. In fact, in 20 states, pharmacists who refuse aren't breaking the law. But the 'refusal clauses' that allow pharmacists to just say no to contraception are discriminatory to women.
