Knock Down A Stacked Court

March 10, 2005

You've probably heard that President Bush in February resubmitted a list of 20 U.S. Court of Appeals nominees who had been rejected last year. Senate Democrats rejected these nominees—while confirming 200 others—because of their corporate interests and extreme ideologies. Join MoveOn PAC and sign a petition urging senators to reject the nominees and respect 200-year-old Senate protocol.  ACT NOW
