You may already have called the U.S. Senate switchboard. Or maybe you signed one of the many petitions circulating the Internet. But this week, your Republican senator needs to hear from you about Bush's judicial nominees. Track him or her down at a local event or at the office. Not stalker-style, of course—rather, as an informed and involved citizen concerned about the impact some of these nominees might have on reproductive rights, public health, environmental regulation and corporate accountability. NARAL says that Sen. Frist could launch the nuclear option as soon as the Senate returns from recess and suggests three things you can do to stop Frist’s nuclear plan.
