Voter Suppression Rap Sheet

Thousands of election protection workers kept things from being worse, but, unfortunately, more than 1,000 cases of vote suppression were still reported on and around Election Day. Moving Ideas has put together a list of many of the instances—mostly against students and people of color. Read the list, then take action: Send an e-mail to Attorney General John Ashcroft demanding a full investigation into the cases of voter suppression. The election may be over, but that doesn't mean partisan efforts to obstruct democracy can stand. ACT NOW
