By now, we've all got a pretty good idea of how many children are being left behind by the education system. A new report from the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education finds that, overall, American colleges get an F for affordability. The report also includes detailed, state-by-state data on students' readiness for college; the chances students have to attend college; and college degrees earned.
