Hurricanes Made In Detroit

The scientific consensus is that global warming is real and attributable to humanity's carbon emissions, primarily from tailpipes and smokestacks. One effect of global warming is to make weather events more extreme. So when four major hurricanes hit Florida this season, forcing millions of Americans to flee, why isn't the media making the link?
