The Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility—PEER—filed a Freedom Of Information Act request to obtain an internal FDA survey of employees. The survey results closely track the safety concerns raised by the agency's own Associate Director for Science and Medicine, Dr. David Graham, in testimony before the U.S. Senate last month. See the survey here.
