The Vindication Of Richard Clarke

Back in 1999, former CIA director George Tenet ordered CIA operatives to infiltrate the Al Qaeda network to find out information about its leader, Osama bin Laden. In the next three years, the CIA penetrated the network numerous times, but never at a high level, former counterterrorism chief Richard Clarke testified in June 2002.
